Project/Service-Based Cancellations
- A service or project may be canceled before development or execution begins.
- Requests for cancellation must be sent via email to billing@NiSavtechnologies.com.
Cancellation Eligibility
- Projects can be canceled within 48 hours of placing an order, provided no significant resources have been allocated.
- Ongoing subscriptions or retainer services can be canceled with 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
Non-Cancellable Scenarios
- Once a service has been substantially executed, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Custom-developed software, dedicated resource assignments, and cloud infrastructure services are non-cancellable once activated.
